Account Creation, Deactivation, Data Deletion Requests, and Data Retention
Account Creation and User Access
User accounts for the Service are not self-created by app users. Accounts are created by authorized administrative personnel (for example, a super admin) through our web application.
When creating an account, the administrator may collect and enter certain basic user information, including:

Last Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Role
Users created through this process may be assigned the role of therapist and are granted limited access only to the features and information necessary for their day-to-day activity management within the organization.
Account Deactivation
As part of our service, therapist users affiliated with our organization may request account deactivation through authorized internal or administrative processes, where available.
When an account is deactivated:
Access to the service is disabled
The user profile is no longer active or accessible for login purposes
The account is marked as inactive in our systems
No Self-Service Account Deletion Feature
At this time, we do not offer a self-service account deletion feature through the app or web application.
Data Deletion Requests
If you would like to submit a request regarding deletion of your personal data, you may contact us using the contact information provided in the Contact Us section of this Privacy Policy.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that all data will be deleted, because the service is used internally by therapist users in connection with healthcare-related and organizational operations, the company may retain certain account information and historical records where required or permitted for legal, regulatory, compliance, administrative, audit, security, employment, operational, and recordkeeping purposes.
Why We May Retain Data
We may retain account and related records in order to:
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
Maintain accurate historical and operational records
Support internal administrative, compliance, audit, and reporting requirements
Protect the integrity and continuity of organizational and healthcare-related records

Following deactivation or a deletion-related request, we may retain certain information, including but not limited to:

InHome Therapy offers You the option to engage in SMS text conversations regarding Your job application.
By participating, You understand and agree that:
- Message frequency may vary depending on the status of Your job application
- Message and data rates may apply
- You should consult Your carrier for information regarding applicable rates and fees
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- You may reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help
By opting in to receive SMS text messages about Your job application, You acknowledge and agree that Your consent data, mobile number, and personal information will be collected and stored solely for the purpose of providing updates and information related to Your job application.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We will take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
